9. What size of cord can I pull up to apply the blocks, ie how long can the mass stay in contact with air before I put the blocks?

The drying process of Biomass Blocks Settlement is in contact with the air. After 15 minutes the drying process is already such that it prevents the settling. In this way, it is suggested that a row be opened within 10 to 15 minutes to place the blocks.

10. The joint of the Biomass Block Layer is not 1.0 cm as we usually see with conventional mortar. This is a problem?

The horizontal joint formed between the Biomass Blocks blocking blocks is thin, but ensures that there is no contact between the blocks. This joint varies between 3.0 and 5.0 mm and ensures that the structure works without generating cracks in the future. The chemical characteristic of Biomass Block Laying ensures a less brittle behavior than conventional mortar.

11. Is horizontal joint required for the application of Block Layer Biomass?

The masonry can be built using dry joints (without mortar) up to 3.0 mm, ie it is not necessary to fill the horizontal joint keeping only 3.0 mm for accommodation and dimensional and thermal variations. Como a junta horizontal da Biomassa Assentamento de Blocos é menor que a convencional, recomenda-se a utilização de blocos de primeira verificando-se as condições de integridade e empenamento antes da aplicação.

13. Depois que apliquei a Biomassa Assentamento de Blocos, posso retirar os blocos para acertar qualquer erro?

Com a retirada de um bloco já assentado é necessária novamente a aplicação dos dois cordões da junta horizontal para acerto.

14. Qual a velocidade de levantamento de parede? A parede não irá empenar se levantar muito rápido?

A velocidade de aplicação da Biomassa Assentamento de Blocos é 4x superior e dessa maneira recomenda-se a espera de 10 a 15 minutos a cada 1,5 metros de altura de parede. Nesse meio tempo outra parede pode ser erguida sem perda de produtividade. A melhor forma para garantir balanceamento das atividades é levantar diversas paredes simultaneamente e obedecer a um levantamento contínuo de todas. Não se recomenda o levantamento do começo ao fim de uma única parede com mais de 1,5 metros.

15. Qual mão de obra devo considerar para minha obra utilizando Biomassa Assentamento de Blocos?

Como a Biomassa Assentamento de Blocos já vem pronta no próprio aplicador, não são necessários dois recursos por área (duplas) para a fase de alvenaria. Em termos gerais pode-se considerar metade da mão de obra (01 mão de obra) trabalhando com uma produtividade ainda superior à dupla.

16. Após quanto tempo a parede está pronta para as fases de chapisco e emboço?

A cura total da Biomassa Assentamento de Blocos é 72 horas, sendo que após 02 ou 03 horas a parede já está firme para trabalho com emboço e chapisco.
