to 4x faster

zero waste
of material

BIOMASSA SETTLEMENT BLOCKS  is fully ready for use, ie no mixing is required and its application is carried out directly from the packaging.

By eliminating the process of mixing the mass to Biomass makes it possible to build up to 4 times faster, making the work more productive.

The product reduces material waste and inventory space by eliminating the process of mixing conventional mortar (cement, sand, lime and water).

High yield

Each 3kg Biomass tube replaces 60kg of the Conventional Mortar, that is, a yield up to 20x greater than the Cementic Mortar.

Cost reduction

All the benefits that Biomass generates as practicality, agility, reduction in the use of water and yield, guarantee a saving of up to 30% in the cost of the work.

As it is not cement and in its process of industrialization use reuse water, we are the 1st in Brazil to receive the Green Building Council certificate of company and sustainable product.

Recommended Blocks

Structural Ceramic

BIOMASSA SETTLEMENT BLOCKS meets the requirements for vertical sealing system according to performance standard NBR 15575 and the requirements for polymer compound conforming to the new standards NBR 16590-1 and 16590-2. The product has been tested and approved by leading institutions.

It is a polymer mortar ready for immediate use, which has the same functions as a conventional mortar or adhesive, for laying masonry of seal.

2. What is Biomass Settlement?

Biomass Blocks Settlement has been developed with a unique and national technology that combines polymer composites, mineral fillers and additives.

3. Is Biomass Block Laying Made of Cement?

No, Biomass Block Settlement receives inert mineral charges in addition to the water base.

4. Biomassa Block Settlement is recommended for which application?

Biomassa Block Settlement was developed especially for masonry of walls (walls) for ceramic blocks and concrete blocks. Application to structural masonry or columns is not recommended without prior study.

5. Is Biomass Block Settlement Really Ready?

Yes. The dough is ready, it does not need water, mixture or additives.

6. Does the Biomass Block Settlement come in which packaging?

The Biomassa Block Layer is arranged in boxes with 06 practical applicators. Each applicator contains 3.0kg of product ready, ie the packaging is already the applicator itself.

7. The 3.0 kg package yields how much?

The packaging of 3.0 kg makes up to 2.0 m 2 of masonry considering a ceramic block of 19 x 39. The yield of each package is up to 25 linear meters for the two strands.

8. How do I know where to open the packaging and how to apply the Biomass Block Settlement?

Each package comes with a “Cut here” marking that guarantees the standardization of the laying cord. Two parallel strands are always placed along the course. A drawstring is drawn in the one way and another in the back to optimize the process. All information is on the package label.

9. What size of cord can I pull up to apply the blocks, ie how long can the mass stay in contact with air before I put the blocks?

The drying process of Biomass Blocks Settlement is in contact with the air. After 15 minutes the drying process is already such that it prevents the settling. In this way, it is suggested that a row be opened within 10 to 15 minutes to place the blocks.

10. The joint of the Biomass Block Layer is not 1.0 cm as we usually see with conventional mortar. This is a problem?

The horizontal joint formed between the Biomass Blocks blocking blocks is thin, but ensures that there is no contact between the blocks. This joint varies between 3.0 and 5.0 mm and ensures that the structure works without generating cracks in the future. The chemical characteristic of Biomass Block Laying ensures a less brittle behavior than conventional mortar.

11. Is horizontal joint required for the application of Block Layer Biomass?

The masonry can be built using dry joints (without mortar) up to 3.0 mm, ie it is not necessary to fill the horizontal joint keeping only 3.0 mm for accommodation and dimensional and thermal variations. It is recommended to apply the horizontal joint especially on the first and last course and on the blocks together with the abutments.
